Nothing like live television to provide for an unexpected moment!

Disney Night on "Dancing With the Stars" provided several surprises: In addition to host Tom Bergeron announcing that no couples were being eliminated on Monday night's episode, judge Carrie Ann Inaba had an accident that almost stole the show.

As she was giving her critique to "The Office" actress Kate Flannery and her partner, Pasha Pashkov's, "Mary Poppins"-inspired jazz dance, Bergeron interrupted her to point out that a stray prop from the routine had been left at the foot of the judges' table.

After getting up out of her chair to see what it was, Inaba attempted to sit back down, but ultimately missed her chair and fell on the ground. Her fall elicited audible reactions from the audience, as well as her fellow judges Len Goodman and Bruno Tonioli.

Luckily, everything was okay: Inaba totally laughed off the moment, declaring that "it was a slip!"

"Are you alright?" Bergeron asked. "I knew those chairs were gonna be trouble!"
