Crocs' New "Crush" Collection Is Made for Self Expression

Footwear brand Crocs just introduced a bold new collection of platform clogs and sandals, dubbed the "Crush" collection.

Made with self-expression in mind, the new collection features a range of the brand's signature silhouettes in vibrant new colorways. In line with the recent Y2K resurgence, the silhouettes each boast a platform style resulting in extra-chunky clogs and sandals alongside the new Classic Crush Rain Boot.

"This season, Crocs introduces more innovative styles than ever before for our fashion forward consumers. As the OG of moulded footwear, we believe we must continue innovating within that space year round. Crush is our first new major silhouette launch of the season, and this collection is all about height. It's about being bold and being expressive," says Lucy Thornley, VP of Global Trend and Design, in a press release.

First in the collection is the new Classic Crush Sandal, a dynamic new slip-on sandal which features a two-strap upper and signature Jibbitz holes on the straps for added personalization. Available in three colorways from "Black," "Bone" and "Digital Violet," the new sandal fuses comfort with versatility.

Next up is the Classic Crush Clog, made with an extended flatform outsole alongside Jibbitz holes and a pivoting backstrap. The new clog is available in five seasonal colorways from "Fuschia Fun" and "Sulphur" to "Taffy Pink" and "Bone." The final silhouette in the collection is the Classic Crush Rain Boot, drawing inspiration from Croc's extensive archives. Presenting a reimagined version of the classic rainboot silhouette, the new offering is a functional upgrade for all weathers and comes in "Bone," "Fuschia Fun" and "Grass Green."

While three silhouettes have been unveiled, it appears that there's plenty more to come from the "Crush" collection in the coming months. Crocs has teased the introduction of the Mega Crush Clog and Furever Crush Clog, designed for the cold weather season.
