Good morning!

It was certainly a busy week, ending with one of the most consequential Supreme Court decisions of our time. We've reported extensively on what the overturn of Roe v Wade means for our nation and for New Jersey residents. And we will continue to do so.

We've also reported extensively over the past few years on New Jersey's Schools Development Authority, work largely done by Dustin Racioppi, who has covered Trenton politics for nearly a decade.

For those who don't know what the SDA does, it is charged with building and maintaining schools in 31 of the state's neediest districts.

Dustin's latest story explores the conditions inside some of those schools and what the state can do to provide a better learning environment for these students.

Dustin has also moved into a new role, managing region-wide political coverage as we head into the mid-term elections and beyond, so please contact him with story ideas.

Development is always hot in North Jersey and we continue to cover the changes throughout our towns.

In Allendale, Marsha Stoltz has the scoop on what is next for the Black Millwork site on West Crescent Avenue.

In Washington Township, Stephanie Noda continues to follow the twists and turns of what is going to happen to the former Charlie Brown's. Find out why the town has changed it's plans for the site, which borders Paramus.

And as always, Mary Chao is keeping an eye on the hot real estate market. Find out if your county is one of the eight in New Jersey where experts predict a downturn.

Thanks for spending a few minutes with me this morning. Have a wonderful week!

Dan
