Coroner seeks help in finding deceased Muncie man's family

MUNCIE, Ind. — Delaware County Coroner Rick Howell is seeking the public’s help in finding family members of a Muncie man who died last month.

William Jarnigan, 66, died Nov. 5 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital.

Anyone with information on Jarnigan's survivors is asked to call Delaware County EMS dispatchers at 765-747-7778.
