Cop Knocks on British Prime Minister’s Door to Let Cat in Out of the Rain

The famed cat of 10 Downing Street sure doesn’t like the rain.

When Larry the Cat was stuck outside in the gloomy weather, a police officer on duty outside the house took pity on the feline and knocked on the door to let him in. The moment was captured on camera.

The tabby, known as the Chief Mouser to the Cabinet Office, then sought shelter.

Larry was adopted from a rescue by then-Prime Minister David Cameron in 2011 to help with a rodent problem, and has stayed in office since.

The friendly cat is known for wandering around outside, but even he needs to escape the wet and cold sometimes.
