Cobie Smulders, of “How I Met Your Mother” and the “Avengers” franchise, is sharing some of her favorite quarantine finds. And not only will they benefit you - they’re also beneficial to the environment. First on her list are Goldilocks Beeswax Food Wrappers. Made in Canada (Smulders is proudly Canadian and recently received dual citizenship) these are a more eco-friendly choice instead of using plastic wrap. They also have a range of creative designs and smell deliciously of honeycomb. Second are Unpaste Tooth Tabs, small tablets that you chew to clean your teeth. They come in a small tin and are perfect for camping or hiking. Plus, they help you avoid contributing a tube of toothpaste to a landfill. Smulders is also a fan of Paravel’s Fold-Up Backpack, which was made from 15 recycled plastic bottles. It’s also a huge space saver and can be zipped up into a small pouch. And last but not least, she’s a fan of Planet Oat’s Clean Up Kids. If you submit a form online, they are totally free and you can do your share to keep the environment clean.

COBIE SMULDERS: I'm really into my own QVC show right now. I think that it might be in my future and I started really enjoying it. I just need a lot of graphics. Like, I need my scroll. OK, cool. OK, cool, cool, cool, cool, cool.

I'm really enjoying this home shopping. Like, I feel like I'm talking to the viewers.

Hi everybody, I'm Cobie Smulders, and I have a couple of things that I have bought and I'm using during the quarantine. And this is New in the Q.

So the first one, y'all, is I have these little-- I hope you can see them. Can you see them? So you can use these instead of plastic wrap, Saran wrap. And the brand that I found and really like-- because it's a Vancouver company, guys, it's Canadian, you can ship to the states-- it's called Goldilocks. And just check out some of these cute prints. Don't you want to wrap your avocado in that?

The beeswax just kind of gives it like a little stick that is necessary. Like an adhesive. It also smells really good. You can't really smell it, but it smells like, you know, those beeswax candles you get that look like honeycombs. It smells like that, so it smells really nice, too.

OK, guys. Next one-- I kind of chose things because I've been doing a lot of hiking out in nature, so you obviously want to carry as few things as possible. So I found these, and they're kind of interesting. They're from a company called Unpaste. So it came with this little tin, and they're basically these little tablets. So basically it's toothpaste. So you kind of like take some water, you chew it, and then you brush it. And it's a system that takes some getting used to, but because of this, you don't-- like, I always find I'll travel and be like, damn, I forgot my toothpaste or whatever. So then you buy another toothpaste. And you guys, all that stuff is just going to end up in a landfill. So this was a good option.

So guys, when you go hiking, you can put everything in this super cool bag. So there's this company called Paravel. This is a backpack, and it is made up of, well, among other things, they've used 15 water bottles-- plastic water bottles-- to make it. So it's very environmental. And then when you're camping, you know, camping or hiking or whatever, you can put all your stuff in it. And it's super easy to zip up. And then watch. Can I-- boom.

One of my favorite products that I have used and am using is the Planet Oat cleanup day box. And basically, if you go to planetoat.com/planetoatprojects, you can register to get one of these. And it basically is a kit of items that you can use. Like these tongs. You get these little musical instruments slash cleaning utensils. And you can take it out on the trails and go hiking and pick up trash along the way.

OK, so those are some of the things that I have been using in quarantine and beyond. So hopefully you enjoy them. And you can check them out right down below.
