Cleveland Guardians to face Tampa Bay Rays in Wild Card Series

The No. 3 seed Guardians will welcome the No. 6-seeded Tampa Bay Rays to Cleveland for the best-of-three American League Wild Card series.

Every game in the series will take place at Progressive Field. Game 1 is set for Friday.

Exact game times have not yet been announced.

Shane Bieber is in line to take the mound for the Guardians in Game 1. Triston McKenzie will follow in Game 2. Game 3, if needed, will go to Cal Quantrill.

The Guardians went 4-2 against the Rays this season.
