The City of Pataskala has announced the following public meetings.

Hearing scheduled for Mink Street rezoning

The City of Pataskala Council scheduled a public hearing on Feb. 6, 2023, at 6:15 p.m. at City Hall in Council Chambers located at 621 W. Broad St. to consider the following rezoning request:

An ordinance to rezone properties located at 6197 Mink Street Parcel Number 063-140952-00.000 and 0 mink street Parcel Number 063-141630-00.000, totaling 46.9 +/- acres in the City of Pataskala, from the Agricultural (AG) and R-20 Medium Density Residential Zoning Classifications to the Planned Development District (PDD) Zoning Classification.

However, the applicant has withdrawn their application; therefore, no further action will be taken on the rezoning request.

Agriculture Committee to meet Feb. 6

The City of Pataskala Agriculture Committee will meet on Feb. 6 at 5:55 p.m. in Council Chambers located at 621 W. Broad St., Pataskala, Ohio for the purpose of reviewing applications for placement of land in an Agriculture District. Any other business that may properly come before this public body may be considered and acted upon at this meeting.

Personnel Board of Review meeting rescheduled

The City of Pataskala Personnel Board of Review regularly scheduled meeting for Feb. 14 at 7 p.m. in City Hall located at 621 W. Broad St., Pataskala, Ohio has been rescheduled to Feb. 7 at 6 p.m. at the same location. All residents are welcome to attend.

Development committee slated for Feb. 16

The City of Pataskala Development Committee will meet on Feb. 16 at 5:30 p.m. in Council Chambers located at 621 W. Broad St., Pataskala, Ohio. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss:

  • Planned manufacturing zoning regulations status update.

  • Evans property concept plan.

  • Northwest Innovation CRA status update.

Any other business that may properly come before this public body may be considered and acted upon at this meeting.

Utility committee to meet Feb. 21

The City of Pataskala Utility Committee will meet Feb. 21 at 6:15 p.m. in Council Chambers located at 621 W. Broad St. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss current and future operations of the Utility Department. Any other business that may properly come before this public body may be considered and acted upon at this meeting.
