Christian Yelich had the perfect comeback for Twitter hater who criticized him for posing nude

Christian Yelich will soon bare all in the annual ESPN The Magazine “Body Issue”, which features a variety of athletes posing in tastefully nude photos — a tradition aimed at showcasing the bodies of elite athletes.

This usually comes with a fair amount of baggage, whether it’s getting teased by teammates or tormented on social media. Just ask previous Body Issue models like Matt Harvey and Prince Fielder.

When one of those Twitter trolls came calling for Yelich — the Milwaukee Brewers star and reigning National League MVP — he had the perfect comeback.

A Twitter user named @RoxaneJ77 tweeted at Yelich: “It’s really sad how you didn’t give a thought about all the young kids that idolize you before doing your naked photo shoot. Distasteful.”

Roxane has since deleted the tweet — because Yelich’s response went viral in baseball circles. He retweeted her with a simple retort: “Relax Roxane.” It had been retweeted more than 7,000 times as of this writing and liked more than 53,000 times.

Oh, but that’s not all. Not even close.

During Tuesday night’s Brewers game against, Yelich pulled off an all-time great petty move by changing his walk-up song to “Roxanne” by The Police. Where ever @RoxaneJ77 is, that’s gotta sting.

Earlier in the day, Yelich had a less petty response, telling reporters in the Brewers’ clubhouse:
