Chris Tarrant overhauls lifestyle as children fear second stroke
Chris Tarrant has revealed he’s implemented some major lifestyle changes after his kids feared he would fall victim to a second stroke.
It comes after the Extreme Railways host collapsed on a flight from Bangkok to London in 2014.
The dad-of-six has opened up on the changes he's made to his diet and exercise regime to improve his health after his children expressed their concerns.

"In the first year after the stroke, my kids were terrified. They were thinking it was going to happen again. They are wary because they love me to pieces and they don't want me to go yet. Pies are out. No sugar, bread, potatoes. Lots of vegetables," he told The Mirror.
"I still eat meat but I don't drink whisky at all - I used to drink a lot. My consultant said, 'Excess, excess, excess.' I did everything too hard.
"A really good mate bought me a bottle of vintage whisky! What a stupid thing to do! I associate whisky with death now, with falling over."

Speaking about the peak of his career, Tarrant spilled that he "worked like a dog" while getting four hours of sleep a night.
Tarrant also told the publication that he now walks "two or three miles" a day in addition to taking blood-thinners.
The former Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? presenter is set to be portrayed by Michael Sheen in upcoming miniseries, Quiz.
The three-part series will depict the show's infamous cheating scandal from 2003
Major Charles Ingram will be played by Matthew McFadyen while Sian Clifford is assuming the role of his wife Diana.
