Chinese deliveryman rescues dog whose leash got caught in moving elevator
On Oct. 23, Newsflare shared a video of a man rescuing a dog whose leash got trapped in a moving elevator in Hubei, China.
What happened: The CCTV footage first shows a small, white dog walking into the elevator by itself. When the elevator doors shut, its leash is trapped in between the doors as it begins to move up.
When the elevator doors open on the next floor, a Chinese deliveryman reacts immediately to rescue the dog from being strangled.
As seen in the video, the man held the dog and removed its leash.
According to the South China Morning Post, a security guard later returned the dog to its owner.
