After an almost three-year hiatus, So You Think You Can Dance is back tonight for its 17th season.

Everyone is pumped to meet the new judges, who include JoJo Siwa, Stephen "tWitch" Boss, and Matthew Morrison. Fans are also looking forward to seeing long-time host Cat Deeley returning to the stage. Cat has been hosting So You Think You Can Dance since its second season and is equally excited to be back.

And while you're guaranteed to see her on the show, she also works off-camera as a mom of two boys and a founder of her own unisex fragrance oil line, E11even.

Since she juggles so many jobs, she prioritizes eating to stay energized. Cat sat down with Women's Health ahead of tonight's premiere to share exactly what she eats in a day.

Breakfast

"My mornings start very early because I have a six and a four-year-old," says Cat. She used to start her day with a warm cup of lemon water, but her dentist told her it would ruin her tooth enamel if she continued drinking it. "Now I have a green juice. I have celery and cucumber, and a little bit of lemon juice and ginger," she says.

Still, Cat needs her morning coffee to get into the swing of things. "I feel sometimes like I need my cup of coffee to properly get my eyes open and get myself moving," she says.

Lunch

Because she's always on the go, Cat often looks for something she can grab and take with her. For lunch, she'll have something light like tea with cheese biscuits. Other days, she eats crackers or a salad.

"The easiest thing for me to just grab off the fruit dish and run out to the curb, and I can eat it as I'm driving the car, or I can eat it as I'm going along," says Cat.

Snack

According to Cat she's never been the biggest snacker. Because her mother always had snacks around for her as a child, she never felt like they were off-limits.

"She never made things 'bad' or never made things, you know, unobtainable or, you know, we were free to help ourselves whenever we wanted to," Cat explains. "I think by doing that you kind of learn what makes you feel your body feel good and what makes you feel healthy. I like to listen to my body a lot."

Now, her go-to snacks are a piece of fruit, such as a banana, or a handful of almonds. When she wants something more savory, she'll grab crackers and cheese.

Dinner

For Cat, dinner is the main meal.

"I always sit down for dinner at five o'clock with my boys...it's always something fairly healthy. We try not to eat too much meat really," she says. She's a big fan of mussels with a white wine and garlic cream sauce with a side of french fries and a salad.

Cat is used to eating dinner early in the day, but she never realized that she technically does intermittent fasting by habit.

"I'm doing intermittent fasting, which I didn't realize. But it seems to work really well for my body I think I sleep better...I actually feel so much better as well rather than having a meal later on in the day at like eight-thirty or nine o'clock or whatever," Cat explains.

Dessert

Cat isn't big on dessert, but she does love a good glass of wine.

"I would always rather have a cheese plate, but I love a glass of wine...I have to really fancy a dessert to order one in a restaurant or to have one at home," she says.

She also enjoys a "super dry" cold glass of champagne. "I don't know if part of it is the ceremony of it even you know...when the cork pops, then it's like a real celebration."
