CANTON – A Canton Blues Fest contest gives the winner reserved tickets, a hotel stay and dinner for the June 4 event.

The Canton Repository and Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce are sponsoring the contest.

Entries can be made daily through https://cantonrep.gannettcontests.com/Canton-Blues-Fest/. Entering requires answering three survey questions related to attending and volunteering for downtown events.

The winner receives four reserved tickets for the Canton Blues Fest, and a dining and overnight stay package, which includes a $150 gift card for DoubleTree by Hilton in downtown Canton and a $100 Tri-County Restaurant Association gift card.

The Blues Fest is at Centennial Plaza in downtown Canton on Market Avenue North between Third and Fourth streets NW.

Headlining is Annika Chambers, who takes the stage at 9:30 p.m. Opening acts are the Jake Friel Band at 6 p.m. and Ohio-based Gary Lee & The CatDaddys at 7:30 p.m.

The event is scheduled until 11 p.m.

Chambers, then performing as Annika Chambers & the Houston All-Stars, debuted in 2014 with the album, "Making My Mark." In 2015, she was nominated for Best New Artist in the Blues Music Awards. She also found chart success in 2016 with her sophomore solo release, "Wild & Free."

Chambers has toured both inside and outside the United States.
