Burns man found dead on Main Street

A Burns man was found dead on Main Street in Downtown Dickson early Saturday morning, according to Dickson Police.

The cause of death for the 32-year-old man is believed to be drug related, though authorities won’t know the exact cause until the autopsy is complete, said Dickson Police Chief Jeff Lewis.

The man, who police are not identifying until family is notified, was found about 5 a.m. by joggers in a chair on North Main Street, Lewis said. The man was “slumped over” and unresponsive.
