Bucs fans are furious after another ugly, inexcusable loss
Heading into their bye week, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers looked like they had turned a corner, thanks to back-to-back wins over the Los Angeles Rams and Seattle Seahawks.
Coming out of the bye week, the Bucs came crashing back down to earth Sunday with a 23-17 overtime loss to the lowly Cleveland Browns.
The offensive struggles continued, the self-inflicted errors piled up again, and more questionable coaching decisions landed the Bucs right back in the loss column despite the week off and the positive momentum of a two-game winning streak.
After Sunday’s crushing road loss, Bucs fans on social media vented their frustrations:

Just flat out disappointment. It's like whenever a worse team gave them gifts they wanted to lose more. Horrific coaching and play calling still showing up at the worst times. And mental errors from leaders are just ill-timed. I thought we would limp away with a W but alas…

Coaching failures cost them this one.
No timeouts at the end (browns 4th and 9, or on their final drive in regulation) both cost huge time, could’ve set for a FG.
4th and 2 punt on Cle 37, setting up Browns ball @20 for 17 net yards are the two most egregious examples.

Terrible coaching. The game management in the final minute of the 4th quarter was abysmal. 3 timeouts and they don’t take one until 8 seconds.

Coaching was blatantly bad.
Bad decisions on last two possessions at end of 4th. Needed to go on the 4th and 1 with the defense tired and then who the hell didn’t call time out and sucked 13 seconds from the clock. That’s 2 to 3 plays for a field goal and a win.

The bucs are an underachieving pile of 💩starting with the coaching staff. Bowles is a terrible head coach, leftwich calling plays like an idiot. They had extra time to plan, but failed to attack the browns. Brady is just as much to blame, whirfs hurt, seasons over. Pathetic 💩
