Briefs: Boil advisory issued, another canceled

Update on Bucyrus boil advisories

Due to a water main break or depressurization, contaminants that may cause illness in people may have entered the Bucyrus water supply. People only in the Morton subdivision on Cheryl Street, Linda Street, Alan Street and 3812-3822 Lincoln Highway are impacted. The Bucyrus Utility Department says the boil advisory has been extended and residents in the affected area should boil water for at least one minute before consuming it.

The utility department also says the boil advisory for South Spring Street from West Oakwood to West Southern has been lifted for that area.
