DR. PAUL G. MEADE has been hired by Lovelace Medical Group. Meade is a board-certified colorectal surgeon who graduated with a bachelor's of science degree in biology from Boston College. He earned his medical degree at Boston University School of Medicine and completed his general surgery residency at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu. He then completed his fellowship in colon and rectal surgery at Creighton University Medical Center. Meade is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons and member of the Society of American Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons. he will provide surgical care for a wide range of colon conditions.
PROMOTIONS
BRANDY MURPHY has been promoted to community banker for WaFd Bank New Mexico's southern New Mexico region. She will be responsible for the management and development of the bank's small business and community multifamily portfolio, including building and maintaining relationships with clients, originating loans and collaborating with branch staff across southern New Mexico, including Hobbs, Ruidoso, Roswell, Silver City, Artesia, Las Cruces, Capitan and Alamogordo. Murphy has more than 23 years of banking and finance experience in New Mexico and was previously WaFd Alamogordo branch manager.

UNM PROFESSOR KRISTOPHER M. GOODRICH, Ph.D., was recently recognized as a fellow by the American Counseling Association at its virtual annual conference. The ACA Fellows Awards, the highest honor awarded by the American Counseling Association, recognize ACA members who have contributed to and advanced the counseling profession throughout their career. Goodrich is a professor of counselor education and serves as the associate dean for research and distance education in UNM's College of Education and Human Sciences.

ARRAY TECHNOLOGIES, an Albuquerque-based manufacturer of ground-mounted systems used in solar energy projects, has announced the appointment of Jayanthi "Jay" Iyengar to its board of directors, replacing Peter Jonna, effective on May 10. Iyengar has more than 30 years of international technology experience in the automotive, aerospace and advanced water technology fields, much of which she gained through roles of increasing importance with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Eaton Aerospace and Xylem Inc. She assumed the role of chief technology officer of CNH industrial in 2019. She earned an M.S. in mechanical engineering (specialization in energy systems) from the Indian Institute of Technology and an M.S in mechanical engineering from Wayne State University.
NTX, a Santa Fe-based bioinformatics and biomanufacturing company formerly known as Nature's Toolbox, has added Nancy Rurkowski to its board of directors. Rurkowski brings more than 35 years of pharmaceutical and biologics operations experience from Bristol-Myers Squibb. Over the course of her tenure there, she held global leadership roles across strategic sourcing, new product launch, global supply chain, process development, quality and manufacturing operations.
