Bremerton's elected leaders are too busy for the Pledge?

The Kitsap Sun reports that the Bremerton City Council plans to nix the Pledge of Allegiance at its meetings!

I have just recited the Pledge of Allegiance and it took exactly ten seconds! Do members of the Bremerton City Council mean to say that they don’t have ten seconds to spare during their meeting agendas? This is ridiculous and frightening!

The Pledge should serve as a reminder to all Americans that we are all members of the greatest nation on the face of the earth! Anyone who feels otherwise should immediately plan their move to “Lower Slobovia”!
