Prep boys basketball: Wieker's 25 points lift Aberdeen Christian past Waubay/Summit

Aberdeen Christian (8-2) picked up its fourth straight win on Thursday, downing Waubay/Summit 57-50 in Aberdeen.

Junior guard Malek Wieker led the Knights with 25 points, five rebounds and a block. Ethan Russell added 14 points and six rebounds. Jackson Isakson had 12 points, nine rebounds and five steals.

The Mustangs entered the game with an 8-1 record. It's the third straight win for the Knights against teams with a .750 winning percentage or better.
