Robert D. Waterman, EdD, shares insights in 'Transcendental Leadership'
SANTA FE, N.M., June 23, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Robert D. Waterman, EdD, returns to the publishing stage with the release of "Transcendental Leadership" (published by Balboa Press). A blend of philosophy, science and personal experience, this body/mind/spirit book offers an in-depth look at the transcendental approach to leadership.
Transcendental, by definition, relates to the spiritual or nonphysical realm. In Kantian philosophy, it pertains to the presupposed elements derived from the inherent organizing functions of the mind. These are value implicit to each soul and a priori yet known through experience.
"Transcendental Leadership" is a guide to awakening to a higher soul and understanding of the self. It is about resourcing the infinite wisdom of the soul to implement transformation in the world. Here, Waterman sheds light on the most essential and forgotten element of life: our innate ability to bring love. In today's world that is shaken by the COVID-19 pandemic, the author encourages others to be the transcendental leaders who bring compassion to human need and speaks truth to power.
When asked what he wants readers to take away from the book, the author states, "An awakened sense of identity as Soul, as one who brings love, and a confidence in their ability to meet challenges by resourcing their transcendent wisdom and applying that resource to practical challenges in politics, social need, sustainability issues, personal growth, leadership, etc."
