The first thing to say about Selfridges' Black Friday sale is that it isn't a Black Friday sale. This is Selfridges' Christmas Comes Early sale, and it's a completely different thing that arrives at roughly the same time as everyone else's Black Friday bonanza. But still: it's great.
The key thing to remember is that you're looking for pink-labelled items which have up to 20 percent off their full price when you enter the code SELFCCE at the checkout.
Menswear
There are a lot – a lot – of brands available at reduced prices here, including Off-White, Craig Green, Tom Ford, Canali and Comme Des Garcons, among high street staples Reiss and All Saints.
Trainers
You've got your Nikes, your Adidases, your Pumas, and so on, but you've also got the hype-ier end of the trainer ecosystem represented in the sale too.
Shoes
There aren't quite as many shoes included in the Christmas Comes Early event, but there are still a fair few finds in there: there are pairs of Barker, Church, Loake and Paul Smith all to be had.
Tech
If you like high-end phone covers, then you're in for a treat. Equally, if you hate mopping, you're in for a treat. The centre of that Venn diagram must only be a few atoms wide, but it's catered for nonetheless.
