JEREMY SRY: Hey, what's up, everybody? Welcome to "In the Know Fitness." I'm Jeremy Sry, and today, I'm going to show you the best moves to tone those glutes.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

All right, everyone, our first move is crab walks. To get started, you're going to drop into a squat position, and from here, walk off to a side.

For added difficulty, you can add a resistance band.

All right, next up is glute bridge presses. So laying on your back, you're going to have your knees bent like so, grab your weight, and place it above your hips. From here, press up.

We're going to cap this workout off with stiff leg deadlifts. In a standing position with our feet shoulder-width apart, we're going to grab our weights. And from here, keeping our posture straight, we're going to drive our hips back. If you're feeling the stretch in your hamstrings, you're doing it right.

All right. That's it, guys. Thanks for joining me on my glute workout. I'm Jeremy Sry, I'll see you next time.
