Rob Phinisee played the hero for Indiana. His 3-pointer with 16.9 seconds against Purdue gave Indiana a 66-65 lead, Trayce Jackson-Davis hit two free throws and Indiana knocked off the No. 4 Boilermakers 68-65 after Jayden Ivey's 3-point attempt rimmed out. It marked IU's first win over Purdue since Feb. 20, 2016. The Boilermakers had won nine straight in the series.
Bedlam ensued.
