Baltimore's COVID-19 restrictions have big impact on bottom line

While face mask orders are lifted in most of Maryland this Memorial Day weekend, Baltimore City is the lone jurisdiction with rules still in place. And the struggle to hit COVID-19 vaccination metrics is hitting Baltimore's bottom line with capacity restrictions in place and big events canceled. It has been a slow recovery with the indoor mask order still in effect in the city, and business owners told 11 News the cancellation of big events, like Artscape and the July Fourth fireworks, makes it even more of a challenge.
