Baltimore Non-profit Provides Single Mom Much-Needed Car For Giving Tuesday

Baltimore's WBAL anchor Kai Reed shines a light on her Good Neighbor of The Year nominee Martin Schwartz, founder of Vehicles for Change. The local nonprofit repairs donated vehicles and sells them at extremely discounted prices to families in need to stop the cycle of generational poverty. They also provide paid training and job placement programs for the formerly incarcerated. WBAL reporter Tommie Clark and VFC Vice President Davine Snead join live from VFC's garage to surprise single mom Kelsey, who lost her job because of her lack of transportation, with a new car!
