Baltimore enhances safety for July Fourth

Baltimore police said officers are taking extra precautions to enhance safety in downtown for the Independence Day celebration and fireworks. The celebration started Monday around 4 p.m. and ends after the fireworks around 10 p.m. Police said they will have an enhanced presence at the Inner Harbor and other locations, relying on mobile lights and cameras to help keep people safe. Also Monday, there's another July Fourth celebration. Antionette Allen and her family said they feel very much at home at the Cherry Hill Arts and Music Waterfront Festival at Middle Branch Park.
