‘Bachelorette’ star Robby Hayes breaks silence on sex tape rumors with Todd Chrisley’s daughter Lindsie

Robby Hayes is breaking his silence on those sex tape rumors.
After reports surfaced the on internet last week that Todd Chrisley's estranged daughter, Lindsie, told police that her father and her stepbrother Chase tried to extort her with a sex tape she allegedly filmed with an anonymous "Bachelor" star, Todd released a statement to E! News revealing the names of her alleged lovers.
"We have tried to keep Lindsie's extramarital relationships with [Bachelor stars] Robby Hayes and Josh Murray private for her sake since August of 2016...Sadly, for reasons we can only guess at, she ran to the sheriff's office to accuse her brother of buying a sex tape of her and Robby, which was a complete lie, and now she's telling more lies about me," the "Chrisley Knows Best Star" alleged in the statement.
Hayes appeared on on the “Housewives and Vanderpump” podcast on Wednesday, where he cleared up the alleged rumors.
“We did not make a sex tape...I’m not sitting there with a camera aimed down and trying to get the angles. Like, we got caught on the security camera, basically. It was a puppy camera in her friend’s living room, the couch we crashed on," he clarified.
Since there is footage from a security camera, Hayes noted that there was “no consent from either end, which kind of debunks” Todd attributing it as a "sex tape."
"We’re in the middle of dealing with it...I was just talking with [Lindsie] this past weekend in Atlanta, two days ago," Hayes added.
Hayes' statement confirms his and Lindsie's rumored romance. The 30-year-old shot to fame as runner up on season 12 of the "The Bachelorette," when JoJo Fletcher ultimately chose Jordan Rodgers over him. He also appeared on "Bachelor in Paradise" Season 4.
Todd and his wife Julie Chrisley were both indicted by a federal grand jury on 12 charges of tax evasion and bank fraud on August 13th. The couple was granted a $100,000 unsecured bond after turning themselves in and pleading not guilty to all charges. The couple is reportedly restricted to traveling in Tennessee and North Georgia and had to turn in their passports.
They face up to 30 years in prison if they're convicted.
