Andie MacDowell began her career as a model before transitioning to acting. One of her first movie roles was in the 1984 film "Greystoke: The Legend of Tarzan, Lord of the Apes." She was 23 years old when she starred in the movie and confessed to Yahoo Entertainment it was a "very cruel time in my life." MacDowell's voice was dubbed by actress Glenn Close. "It was shocking and heartbreaking. We were going to try and fight for it but I could barely speak," she said. MacDowell went on to say it took her time to recover from that devastating moment. She opened up about working with Demi Moore in "St. Elmo's Fire" and hoping that "she would like me." MacDowell also starred in "Groundhog Day" opposite Bill Murray. "The funny thing about Bill is you don't know what to expect from him," she said. "He is a unique person."
