The Anderson County Democratic Party will hold a Meet & Greet for Democratic candidates from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 21.

The meeting will take place at Green McAdoo Cultural Center, 101 School St., Clinton.

Candidates expected to attend are Jason Martin and JB Smiley, on the Democratic Primary ballot for governor. Meg Gorman, seeking the U.S. House of Representatives seat in Tennessee’s Third District plans to attend, along with Jim Dodson and Mike Brewer, who are running for state representative in the 33rd District. Stephen Verran, who is in the race for District 7 Anderson County Commissioner, is also expected to attend.

Light refreshments will be served.
