Amy Schumer shares photo of the moment she found out she was pregnant
Amy Schumer isn’t shy when it comes to sharing intimate snaps of herself postpartum — whether the photos show her pumping, wearing a pair of hospital underwear or addressing her weight loss. But in a recent Instagram post, the new mom to 5-month-old Gene is giving followers a look at the day that she found out she was pregnant.
The hilarious photo was posted on Friday morning with the hashtag #tbt and shows Schumer with a shocked expression on her face as she sits on the toilet. A pregnancy test is seen sitting on the counter beside her. “The day I found out I was pregnant in @jessseinfeld bathroom,” she wrote.
Jessica Seinfeld jokingly wrote back, “why Gene is actually MY son,” while another of Schumer’s friends commented, “You sent me that photo. I remember that day.”
Others responded to how relatable and accurate the photo really is.
“If I had a picture, it would look exactly the same,” one person wrote.
Another commented, “Perfect portrait of a mom-to-be!!!”
Some even said that the look of bewilderment on Schumer’s face could have easily been replicated from their own.
“That’s the look I had so I did 2 more tests to be sure,” someone commented. “I didn’t believe it!!”
