Alabama high school football Super 7: How top recruits performed at AHSAA state championships

The Alabama high school football Super 7 state championships kicked off with the 7A title match Wednesday night Auburn University's at Jordan-Hare Stadium and finished Friday night.

Here's how top recruits, including five- and four-stars, performed in all seven titles games.

7A: Thompson vs. Auburn

Anquon Fegans, Thompson: The five-star safety and nation's No. 6 class of 2025 recruit had one tackle in a 49-24 Thompson win Friday.

Kaleb Harris, Thompson: The 2024 safety with offers from Auburn, Arkansas and Jackson State had an interception and two tackles.

Tony Mitchell, Thompson: The five-star 2023 Alabama safety commit had one sack, tackle and pass deflection.

Trent Seaborn, Thompson: The eighth-grade quarterback with offers from Maryland, Troy and Northern Colorado had a 7A Super 7-record five touchdowns with 207 yards on 12-of-14 passing with one interception.

Peter Woods, Thompson: The five-star 2023 Clemson defensive line commit had five tackles, one for loss, and a pass deflection.

Bradyn Joiner, Auburn: The four-star 2023 Auburn interior offensive line commit had one tackle.

6A: Mountain Brook vs. Saraland

KJ Lacey, Saraland: The sophomore, who's been offered by Louisville and UCF, completed 12 of 21 passes for 130 yards and a touchdown in the Spartans' 38-17 win over Mountain Brook.

Ryan Williams, Saraland: The five-star 2025 receiver and Alabama commit earned game MVP honors after rushing for 188 yards and three touchdowns on 15 carries and catching seven passes for 84 yards and another score.

Santae McWilliams, Saraland: The sophomore with Arkansas, Florida State and Michigan offers rushed for 123 yards and a touchdown on 23 carries.

5A: Ramsay vs. Charles Henderson

Anthony Miles, Ramsay: The three-star senior Vanderbilt offensive line commit helped Ramsay rush for 310 yards and five touchdowns on 6.5 yards per carry in a 41-20 Thursday win.

Jywon Boyd, Charles Henderson: A Class of 2024 receiver with an offer from Houston, Boyd caught touchdown passes of 64 and 34 yards.

Zion Grady, Charles Henderson: The edge defender and No. 6 class of 2025 recruit in the nation had four tackles, one for loss.

4A: Andalusia vs. Cherokee County

J'Marion Burnette, Andalusia: The four-star running back in the Class of 2024 was injured and did not play in his team's 28-7 win.

3A: St. James vs. Piedmont

Ziggy Holloway, St. James: The junior with an offer from Marshall had three receptions for 66 yards and one touchdown in a 45-28 Thursday win.

KJ Jackson, St. James: The three-star quarterback passed 10-of 15 for 351 yards and a Super 7 5A record five touchdowns with one interception and was named game MVP.

2A: B.B. Comer vs. Fyffe

Kamore Harris, B.B. Comer: The 2024 running back/linebacker with an offer from Colorado State carried 20 times for 182 yards, including a 67-yard touchdown run. He also made 15 tackles.

1A: Leroy vs. Pickens County

Bryston Dixon, Leroy: The three-star Georgia Southern defensive line commit had three tackles, one for loss in a 42-20 Thursday win.

Malcolm Pugh, Leroy: The 6-foot-4 and 210-pound senior defensive lineman with offers from Louisiana Tech and Georgia Southern had nine tackles, 1.5 for loss, one sack and a forced fumble.
