Additional businesses coming to Orchard Town Center
Jun. 18—The Orchard Town Center is clearing way for six new tenants.
Totaling more than 43,000 square feet, the six new additions will each open by the end of the year in the Westminster complex located at West 144th Avenue and Interstate 25.
Ent Credit union, Colorado's largest credit union, is scheduled to open in late 2021 next to Colorado Home Fitness. The not-for-profit credit union is open to businesses and individuals up and down the Front Range, a news release announcing the six new tenants reads. Law's Chophouse is expected to open in October. It's the newest concept from Nate and Kristen Lawrence, the owners of Ya Ya's Euro Bistro, Burnt End BBQ, Kompass Kulinary and Elevated Q. The chophouse will be located next to Farmer's Insurance on West 147th Avenue, the release states, and the restaurant will feature prime cuts of meat, fresh seafood flown in daily and house-made pasta.
An Elevated Q will also open in the center in September, across from Sephora on Orchard Parkway. After more than 33 years in the restaurant business, Nate Lawrence had a dream to combine high-end concepts with barbeque, the release reads. It will feature a blend of chefs and pitmasters, the best quality meat and creative sides.
Tattoo and hair removal LaserAll is expected to open this month next to Little Monkey Bizness on Orchard Parkway. The technicians are licensed, certified and work under the direction of a licensed physician to provide safe and effective laser tattoo removal, the release reads. An escape room, Colorado Escape, will open this month next to Marco's Pizza on Orchard Parkway.
