The diet has gained major traction in the wellness world and is lauded by everyone from athletes to actresses for its reported health benefits, including weight loss, lower blood sugar and lower blood pressure. By following the strict low-carb, high-fat diet, your body will enter ketosis, the metabolic state that burns fat instead of carbs.
