Casualty spoilers follow.

Next week on Casualty, Rash becomes unwittingly embroiled in a dangerous world, while Dylan faces a huge dilemma over Stevie and Ethan.

Note, this episode was originally meant to broadcast last weekend (October 16) but was rescheduled in the wake of the tragic death of MP Sir David Amess. The show's latest instalment, titled 'Two Tribes', was pulled from air due to the fact it featured a gang-related knife incident involving doctor Rash Masum.

Here's a full collection of the biggest moments coming up:

1. Rash is reunited with Hafsa

Rash's day is hijacked when Hafsa – the sister of his late friend Sam – comes back into his life unexpectedly. Hafsa knocks on Rash's door with troubled kid Rayan, who needs a place to stay.

Desperate to do the right thing by Sam, Rash agrees, and they are soon bonding over games in the car.

As Rash prepares for his shift, Rayan heads out to meet Hafsa. The gang are ambushed by Kyle, who stabs Rayan in the back.

Hafsa then drags the injured Rayan to Rash's door, who insists on taking him into the ED. Rash brings him in and claims to have found him in the street, but Matthew is suspicious and doesn't buy this story.

3. Charlie gets a blast from the past

Charlie is surprised to find the aforementioned Kyle in the ED – recognising him from a case he worked on a few years ago. It transpires that Kyle was the foster son of one of Charlie's patients who died, and they begin to reflect on the past.

Charlie reminds Kyle that his mother was a hard-working anti-gang campaigner, which resonates with Kyle and prompts him to make a decision.

4. Dylan makes a discovery about Stevie

It's Dylan's last day as Clinical Lead, and his hopes of an easy ride are short-lived when he becomes aware of Stevie's hostility towards Ethan.

However, Dylan is concerned to witness Stevie trying to catch Ethan out during a debrief and quickly comes to his rescue following a situation in Resus.

When Ethan experiences a chorea whilst treating a patient, Dylan subtly steps in to take over – but hawk-eyed Stevie notices and is suspicious.

5. Ethan is urged to be honest

Following the situation in Resus, Dylan tells Ethan that he knows about the Huntington's.

Ethan admits that he stopped taking his medication after Fenisha's death, but that he's doing much better now.

Wanting to support him, Dylan encourages Ethan to take it up with whoever the new Clinical Lead will be, but soon runs into a dilemma...

6. Dylan makes a decision

Dylan's day then takes an unexpected turn when HR representative Holly corners him and reveals that the board would like to keep him in the role.

Dylan hears of a reserve candidate, who'll take the job if he declines it. His suspicion that it's Stevie is quickly confirmed when he confronts her and asks if she has an issue with Ethan.

Throughout the shift, Stevie makes it evident that she knows Dylan and Ethan are hiding something, and it's clear that she'll do whatever she can to find out what it is.

This leaves Dylan feeling backed into a corner – acutely aware that Stevie as Clinical Lead would mean the end of Ethan's career. Will Dylan accept the job in a bid to protect his friend?

7. Rash makes a big mistake

Amid a very difficult shift, Rash is shocked to discover that Hafsa isn't as innocent as she led him to believe.

Despite this, Rash is roped into helping her – still believing that she is one of the good guys deep down.

However, as Rash walks away, Hafsa picks up the phone, and informs the gang that they've got a doctor on side, who'll do anything they say. Has Rash made a dangerous mistake?

Casualty airs these scenes on Saturday, October 30 at 9.30pm on BBC One.
