Next week on Casualty, Fenisha starts to question her feelings for Ethan as he faces his fears, while Faith gets devastating news and Jacob betrays a friend.

1. Ethan and Fenisha bond
Next week's episode is a game-changer in Fenisha's pregnancy story as she is left reevaluating her feelings for her baby daddy Ethan, merely months after dismissing him.
When Fenisha bumps into Ethan at Holby Comic Con, they are delighted to see each other and it's not long before they are bonding over their different reasons for being there. And when tragedy soon strikes, the pair are thrown together in an unexpected way…
2. Ethan battles his PTSD
When an overprotective father accidentally drives his van into a merchandise stall at convention, Ethan is left panic-stricken as he battles with his PTSD from last year's terrorist attack.
Eventually, Ethan is able to shake himself out of his stupor and joins Fenisha in action in tending to the casualties around him, impressing her with his determination to help a young boy trapped beneath the debris.
3. Faith struggles with Lev's behaviour
Casualty revealed a big secret about paramedic Lev in tonight's episode, and his wife Faith will start to question his distracted behaviour as the story continues.
With Lev continuing to go behind his wife's back, Faith struggles to cope while waiting for the results of Luka's latest scan.
When Lev is forced to make an early getaway, a terrified Faith is left to attend the appointment on her own. Afterwards, Faith decides against reaching out to Lev and controversially calls on Dylan instead.
4. Fenisha learns about Ethan's past
As she starts to see him in a new light, Fenisha is left fearing she has profoundly misjudged Ethan when she learns more about his past.
While reflecting on their childhoods, Ethan opens up to Fenisha about his late brother Cal and the tragic way in which he died.
Still full of admiration for the stoic way in which Ethan handled the Comic Con crisis, Fenisha begins to revaluate her feelings for him. However, when she remembers the extent of her lies about the baby, she realises that there's no going back.
5. Faith turns to Dylan in a crisis
In a state of shock following Luka's appointment, Faith rings Dylan and begs to see him. Allowing his feelings to take over once again, Dylan, who is not on shift that day, heads into the hospital but grows frustrated when he believes that Faith only wants to offload on him about her problems with Lev.
Hurt, Dylan gets tough with Faith, but is left gobsmacked when she breaks down and reveals the devastating news she's received about Luka.
6. Dylan makes a promise to Faith
As Faith explains the chemotherapy hasn't touched Luka's tumour, a shocked Dylan struggles to find the words to support her.
Heartbroken for her, Dylan promises to be there for Faith, as a friend no matter what – but urges her to be honest with Lev about what's going on as well.
A heartbroken Faith tells Dylan that she doesn't think she can this without him, but do her feelings for him run deeper than friendship as well?
7. Jacob goes behind Nate's back
Noticing that his new friend Nate is in desperate need of further care at home, Jacob goes behind his back and calls his sister Tina down from Oncology.
Feeling betrayed and patronised, Nate snaps at both Jacob and Tina, claiming he can look after himself and doesn't need people interfering.
However, after the pair take a step back and recognise that it's Nate's decision, he agrees to let Tina help from time to time.
