Up to 60 occupiers killed in Kadiivka, management of 58th Russian Combined arms army killed in Melitopol General Staff

As a result of a Ukrainian attack on the city of Kadiivka [Luhansk Oblast] on 11 December, up to 60 Russian occupiers were killed and nearly a hundred were injured. Russians have also suffered losses in Zaporizhzhia Oblast.

Quote: "As a result of a Ukrainian attack on a dislocation point of the Russian occupying personnel on 11 December near the settlement of Kadiivka in Luhansk Oblast, the occupiers suffered losses of up to 60 soldiers killed and a hundred injured."

Details: In addition to this, it was confirmed that the defence forces of Ukraine have been successfully attacking the Russian troops in Zaporizhzhia Oblast during the last few days.

"Apart from killing members of the 58th Combined Arms Army management in the city of Melitopol, three artillery systems and 10 items of military equipment of different kinds were destroyed and 150 Russian soldiers were killed near the settlements of Enerhodar, Tokmak and Huliaipole", the General Staff reports.

The units of the Rocket and Artillery Forces of the defence forces of Ukraine launched attacks on two areas of concentration of the Russian manpower.

According to the reports of the Ukrainian military reconnaissance, in order to recover the losses and replenish the understaffed units of the 1st Army Corps of the occupying forces, the invaders activated forced mobilisation in the territory of Donetsk Oblast. Thus, in the city of Horlivka all males are subject to conscription, including those with a "reservation" mark in their military ID.

On day 293 of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, the Russian occupiers launched two missile attacks on the civil infrastructure in Zaporizhzhia and Kharkiv Oblasts and another 20 attacks using multiple launch rocket systems.

The threat of aviation and missile attacks by Russians on the civil infrastructure facilities in the entire territory of Ukraine remains.

The situation on different axis is as follows:

  • On the Volyn and Polissia fronts, there have been no significant changes and no signs of the formation of offensive units of the occupiers.

  • On the Siversk and Slobozhanshchyna fronts, Russians launched attacks near the settlements of Seredyna-Buda and Riasne in Sumy Oblast, as well as Strilecha, Starytsia, Ambarne, Vilkhuvatka, Dvorichna and Krasne in Kharkiv Oblast.

  • On the Kupiansk front, Russians launched attacks using tanks and all kinds of artillery near the settlements of Kupiansk, Kyslivka, Kotliarivka, Tabaivka, Berestove in Kharkiv Oblast and Stelmakhivka and Miasozharivka in  Luhansk Oblast.

  • On the Lyman front, the occupiers launched attacks using tanks and artillery on the settlements of Hrekivka, Ploshchanka and Nevske in Luhansk Oblast and Terny and Yampolivka in Donetsk Oblast.

  • On the Bakhmut front, Russians launched attacks on the positions of the defence forces using tanks, mortars, tubed and rocket artillery near the settlements of Verkhokamianske, Spirne, Bilohorivka, Vesele, Soledar, Bakhmutske, Bakhmut, Opytne, Chasiv Yar, Druzhba and Zalizne in Donetsk Oblast.

  • On the Avdiivka front, the occupiers launched attacks using tanks and artillery of different kinds near almost 20 settlements, specifically Avdiivka, Nevelske, Heorhiivka, Mariinka and Novomykhailivka in Donetsk Oblast.

  • On the Novopavlivka front, Russian launched attacks using mortars, tubed and rocket artillery near the settlements of Vremivka, Vuhledar, Neskuchne and Prechystivka in Donetsk Oblast.

  • On the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson fronts, Russians are continuing to attack Ukrainian positions and civilian infrastructure of the settlements along the right bank of the Dnipro river. They launched attacks, using tanks, mortars, tubed and rocket artillery near over 25 settlements, including Plavni, Huliaipole, Dorozhnianka, Olhivske in Zaporizhzhia Oblast and Chornobaivka, Antonivka, Mykilske, Tokarivka, Mylove in Kherson Oblast, as well as on the city of Kherson.
