Casualty spoilers follow.

Next week on Casualty, Iain is reunited with former love interest Chrissie, while Faith and Stevie come to blows.

Here's a full collection of the six biggest moments to watch out for:

1. Chrissie is back

Chrissie is back next week as former EastEnders star Lauren Crace reprises her role – this time as one of the ambulance crew (fun fact: Lauren is also Michael Stevenson's real-life wife).

Iain isn't best pleased to see Chrissie since their romantic relationship deteriorated after the events of Christmas 2020 (although in real time, this was only a few weeks ago, of course).

Iain is still hurt that Chrissie abandoned him while he was recovering from his injuries, but he is forced to be professional when they are called to help a couple who have been injured in an explosion.

2. Faith makes an unsettling discovery

Faith wakes to find Angus gone and is further unsettled to find her purse is missing. She quickly discovers that Angus has also blocked her number, but is distracted momentarily when Robyn asks her to help with couple Ray and Tara, who are stuck together by the condition Penis Captivus.

As Faith comes to terms with the fact that Angus used her, she takes her frustration out on the patients, accusing Ray of forcing Tara into sex.

Faith's day gets worse when Stevie hears what happened with Angus and berates her friend for being so careless.

3. Chrissie confides in Iain

Arriving at the scene of the explosion, Chrissie and Iain quickly learn that they are dealing with a severe case of PTSD.

When an obviously injured Tommy reveals that he and his partner Danni met in Afghanistan, Iain recognises that Danni is suffering, but is concerned to hear she's refusing treatment.

Chrissie and Iain track Danni down and help her open up about her struggles, before rushing her into resus. This prompts Chrissie to open up to Iain, explaining that she too suffered PTSD after his accident.

4. Stevie grows concerned about Faith

After hearing what's happened with Faith, a concerned Stevie goes to Dylan for advice.

Acknowledging her earlier mistake, Faith apologises to Tara and they have a heart to heart.

Faith recognises herself and her own problems in Tara, but is interrupted when Dylan calls her to his office for a very awkward chat.

5. Stevie and Faith come to blows

Faith is mortified when she wrongly assumes Stevie has told Dylan all about her one night stand. She's furious at Stevie for interfering, but Stevie insists she's just worried about her.

Unable to hold back, Faith turns on Stevie in front of Matthew, bringing up her history with men and making personal comments about her friends' relationship with late sister Emma.

As Faith walks away, it's clear their friendship is over for good.

6. Iain gives Chrissie another chance

Iain begins to thaw towards Chrissie after learning about her PTSD, and reconsiders giving their relationship another go.

Realising that Chrissie left because she loves him and couldn't face the thought of losing him, Iain forgives her and they share a kiss. Will their romance get off to a better start this time?

Casualty airs these scenes on Saturday, January 29 on BBC One.
