Samsung remains one of the most trusted brands in the tech space, with shoppers particularly standing as longtime fans of its lineup of televisions.

While the company’s 2019 collection of TVs usually retail upwards of $800, shoppers may be pleasantly surprised to find that one of its most celebrated and highly reviewed models is now slashed in price by $200.

Described as “outstanding” by one shopper, Samsung’s 43-inch class Q60R QLED smart 4K UHD TV — yep, it’s a mouthful — is said to pack a punch in both features and design. Firstly, what is Q60R? According to the brand's native website, its 2019 range of televisions is divided into four categories: Q60, Q70, Q80 and Q90. Q60 is said to serve as an indicator that this is "the most immersive, realistic and responsive TV ever designed for games."

Starting out with its internal marvels, the device comes equipped with a Quantum Processor that automatically upscales all content displayed to 4K, showcasing an end result that is described as “sharp” and “refined.”

The television also features 100 percent color volume, which boasts over a billion shades of “brilliant color — powered by Quantum Dots” to deliver a realistic and life-like picture. Its other internal features include Ambient Mode, which automatically turns a blank screen into enticing visuals or at-a-glance news to complement any space, and Quantum HDR 4X, which allows shades of color to be highlighted instead of fading away in dark and bright scenes.

For added customization, this Samsung model also boasts a feature called “Wall Generation” where, with QLED capabilities, a photo of your wall is used to recreate the pattern on the screen, allowing your television to seamlessly blend into your space.

Aesthetically, this TV features a sleek minimal design that is said to deliver “maximum impact.” Its bezels are intentionally made in a slimmer-than-usual form factor so that you can “focus your eyes on the picture.”

Another impressive feature is the device’s ability to be controlled with the sound of your voice. With the integration of its virtual assistant Bixby, you can ask the TV any question and receive a response.

This model is also compatible with tons of streaming platforms like Hulu, Netflix, Apple TV Plus, Disney Plus and several more and can also work in conjunction with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and AirPlay 2.

Boasting an average customer rating of 4.7 stars, this TV is a clear fan favorite among shoppers, with one five-star reviewer even dubbing it “outstanding.”

“This is the perfect starting point for consumes who want a premium QLED TV without breaking the bank,” the reviewer wrote. “The edge-lit QLED screen is truly a joy to watch. The Quantum HDR 4K brightness and vivid colors really is a sight to see.”

While an overwhelming majority of shoppers praise the “awesome” picture quality, a few voiced issues with the included virtual assistant Bixby, with one reviewer writing that it’s not as advanced as other more fluid options on the market.

“The usual reply is ‘too busy with other tasks,'” one shopper wrote. “I’d certainly pay to have a remote that is easy to use.”

Despite this flaw, one more shopper stressed that this TV is “closing the gap on a perfect all-in-one approach.”

Also, televisions that fall under the same $600 price tag from other brands and retailers like these options from Vizio and Sony lack in the creative functions of wall disguise, voice control, Ambient Mode and Quantum Processor performance that this customer-favorite Samsung device boasts.
