Fruit Mould wants you to have more fun eating fruit

From a heart-shaped watermelon to a star-shaped cucumber, the company Fruit Mould specializes in creating innovative cases that help reshape their fruits.

Fruit Mould came up with the idea while brainstorming ways to make fruit sellers stand out from the rest of the pack, and a pear shaped like Buddha is certainly going to be eye-catching.

The reshaping process is simple. The cases are placed around an undeveloped fruit and as the fruit grows, it fills all the spaces of the mould. After picking the fruits and then cutting off the case, voila! You have a rectangular apple.

Reshaping the fruit does not diminish the quality nor lower the fruit’s nutritional value — it just changes the shape.

Fruits have never been so fun.
