Fans baffled by ‘funky’ photo of Kylie Jenner’s toes: ‘I’m sorry, but what?”

Kylie Jenner is clearing the air after a photo of her toes sparked a wave of confusion among fans.
The image, shared to the 22-year-old’s Instagram on March 3, showed Kylie posing in matching swimsuits with her older sister, Kendall.
“Day 1,” the Kylie Cosmetics founder wrote, revealing to followers that the duo was beginning a beach vacation together.

But it was a small, strange detail that seemed to capture the attention of so many Instagram users — Kylie’s middle toe, which appeared to be far smaller than her other ones.
“Zoom in on Kylie’s toes,” one user commented.
“Look at their toes in the last one,” another remarked.
Fans seemed to be referencing the middle toe on Kylie’s right foot, which looked as though it was significantly tinier than the others. The toe caught the attention of at least hundreds of Instagrammers, who posted comments referencing the size disparity.
The toe comments clearly caught Kylie’s attention too, as she took to her Instagram Story that night to share a series of posts directed at her fans’ questions. First, she shared several zoomed-in videos of her feet, followed by an emoji-captioned version of her now-viral foot photo.
“OK, so everyone wants to come for my f****** toes — by the way, I have cute a** feet,” Kylie said in one of her Instagram videos explaining the image.
“I broke this middle toe in middle school,” she went on to explain. “There’s nothing you can do for a broken toe, so I just had to let it heal how it wanted to heal.”
The billionaire entrepreneur then directed followers to her sister, Kendall, whose toes also seemed to be striking an odd pose.
“I’m sorry but wuttt” Kylie wrote over a zoomed-in photo of Kendall’s feet from the same post.
That seemed to do it for Kylie, who moved away from the toe talk in subsequent posts. The 22-year-old also shared a new beach photo from her vacation the following day — sans feet.
