Gone are the days of sticking to one lane.

From music to movies, fashion and beauty, celebrities are taking over every facet of the creative industry. There's Kim Kardashian's KKW Beauty, Millie Bobby Brown's Florence by Mills skincare line and Lady Gaga's Haus Labs.

The latest? Selena Gomez is officially adding beauty to her extensive roster with the launch of her upcoming makeup brand, Rare Beauty.

Coinciding with the singer's third solo studio album, which debuted at number one in January, Rare will be available summer 2020 and exclusively sold at Sephora. "It’s not just a brand. It’s going to be a lifestyle," the 27-year-old singer said on social media. "I want girls and boys and men and women to feel comfortable. It’s meant to be enjoyed, it’s very special. We are not meant to look like everybody else, we’re meant to look like ourselves."

Gomez revealed on Instagram that she has been working on the beauty brand for for two years, sharing a sneak peak behind the scenes.

This past summer, the "Rare" singer made headlines after she trademarked "Selena Gomez," according to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for a variety of beauty products, including “fragrances, cosmetics, skin-care preparations, hair-care preparations, soaps, moisturizers and essential oil.”

While there is no information about what will be included in the initial launch, we have a feeling the red bold lips and glittering eyeshadow she's been sporting might be a hint.
