Two losing semifinalists

Top two performing quarterfinalists (based on tiebreakers)

What is the history of the competition?

The inaugural CONCACAF League took place in 2017. Olimpia won that tournament, and Herediano won in 2018. Both sides bowed out against MLS teams (New York Red Bulls and Atlanta United, respectively) in the ensuing CCL.
