Zendaya and Zac Efron’s 'The Greatest Showman' stunt fail
Zendaya visited The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and brought footage of an accident that occurred when she and Zac Efron were performing a stunt for her film The Greatest Showman. Zendaya plays a trapeze artist in the film, and during a musical scene, she and Efron hang from independent ropes and are supposed to swing together and join in an embrace while spinning.
However, that’s not exactly what happened on set. She showed the footage of outtake of the stunt fail. The two swing away from each other and then awkwardly slap together.
Fallon joked how unromantic the clip was, and Zendaya added, “And that’s just one of the many that we could choose from.”
