Zelenskyy's former aide Shefir says he remains in President's team

Former First Assistant to the President of Ukraine Serhiy Shefir said that he remains in the President's team despite his dismissal, Babel news outlet reported on March 30.
He noted that they are still friends with the President of Ukraine, and this is more important than his position.

"Regardless of everything you hear and read, I am in the president's team," Shefir said.
"There are no options. In addition to being President, he is my friend, and this is much more important than a position."

Zelenskyy dismissed Oleksiy Danilov from the post of National Security and Defense Council secretary and appointed Oleksandr Lytvynenko, former Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service, to replace him on March 26. Lytvynenko said that he found out about his appointment on the day it took place and said he had no comment.
President dismissed two deputy heads of the Presidential Office, Andriy Smyrnov and Oleksii Dniprov on March 29. Iryna Mudra and Olena Kovalska have already been appointed to their positions.

Zelenskyy fired Serhiy Shefir from his position as first aide on March 30. Shefir had been a longtime friend of the president since the days of Kvartal 95 humor show. Zelenskyy also dismissed three presidential advisers, Serhiy Trofimov, Mykhailo Radutskyi, and Oleh Ustenko, and two presidential commissioners, Natalia Pushkariova and Aliona Verbytska.
On the same day, NV sources reported that the President of Ukraine may dismiss Andriy Yermak's deputy, Andrii Sybiha. He is currently in charge of diplomatic work in the Presidential Office. According to the sources, after his dismissal, he will continue to work in diplomacy.

Ukrayinska Pravda wrote that there may be change in Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers, but Volodymyr Zelenskyy's team has not yet decided what kind they will be.
