President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called it an inevitable and fair process that the war is gradually returning to the territory of Russia.

Quote: "Russian aggression has exhausted itself on the battlefield. Today is the 522nd day of the so-called "special military operation" (the Russian term to describe the war in Ukraine – ed.), which the Russian leadership expected to last for a week or two.
Ukraine is becoming stronger. Gradually, the war returns to the territory of Russia, to its symbolic centres and military bases, and this is an inevitable, natural and absolutely just process."
Details: At the same time, the president urged people to be aware that "this winter, Russian terrorists can still target our energy sector, critical facilities."
"It is very important that local authorities across the country now, in summer and in September, are as active as possible in everything that needs to be done before the cold months of the year," Zelenskyy emphasised.
