Russian Shahed UAVs do not have indecision like some politicians, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Telegram on March 22, commenting on Russia's most recent mass missile strike on Ukraine.

More than 60 Shaheds and almost 90 missiles of various types were launched at Ukraine overnight, said the President.

The world sees the targets of Russian terrorism as clearly as possible: power plants and energy supply lines, a hydroelectric dam, ordinary residential buildings, and even a trolleybus, he added.

"Russia is at war against ordinary people's lives," Zelenskyy wrote.

"My condolences to the families and friends of the victims of this terror."

Zelenskyy also noted that Russian missiles do not have delays like aid packages to Ukraine, and that the Shahed kamikaze drones used by the Russians do not have indecision, unlike some politicians.

"It is important to understand the price of delays and postponed decisions," he said.

Patriot systems should protect Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhya, as the air defense they provide is needed to protect people, infrastructure, homes, and dams.

"Our partners know exactly what is needed," he said.

“They can definitely support us. We need these solutions. Life must be protected from these brutes from Moscow.”

Russia  conducted a mass attack against Ukraine with Shaheds, cruise missiles, and ballistic missiles overnight on March 22.

Russians launched 12 missile attacks on Zaporizhzhya. Seven buildings were reportedly destroyed and 35 damaged.

Police reported a "complete restriction" of traffic on the Dnipro Hydroelectric Power Plant dam. Mariupol mayoral advisor Petro Andriushchenko said that a missile struck a passenger trolleybus, in addition to the dam itself.

Critical infrastructure facilities were hit in Kryvyi Rih, and rolling blackouts were introduced in the city.

Kharkiv is almost completely without electricity after the Russian military carried out more than 15 strikes on energy facilities in the city.
