Zelensky presents video to Congress showing Russian devastation of Ukraine
Warning: Graphic content. During his address to Congress on Wednesday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky presented a video that showed Russian bombardment during its invasion of Ukraine. The video ended with a call to “close the sky over Ukraine.”
