Young voters pile into the polls

LEWISBURG, WV (WVNS) – Young voters are an essential turning point for politics. In West Virginia, it appears the opened polls are bringing out those looking to make a difference.

In Greenbrier County many young voters can be seen entering to place their ballots. Elections are valuable for young people to voice their opinions. Cody Sizemore says for those who wish to see change, they need to show up.

“If you don’t like the options, you can’t just stand on the sidelines you have to get out there and make sure you get involved,” said young voter Cody Sizemore.

Part of young electorate’s strength is its diversity. Young voters can use resources to stay up to date on election results.
