New York woman accused of soliciting prostitution at Elyria spa: Police

ELYRIA, Ohio (WJW) – A New York woman faces charges after investigators say she allegedly solicited prostitution at a spa in Elyria.

Detectives started the investigation after receiving complaints that a business was allegedly offering sexual acts in exchange for money, according to the Elyria Police Department.

On Thursday, detectives with the Elyria Police Department Narcotics Unit went undercover to investigate the U-Spa in the 1000 block of E. Broad Street.

Elyria police say detectives were able to confirm “the suspected activities” at the business.

Cause of NE Ohio plane crash now under investigation

Through the investigation, 59-year-old Xianxuan He, of New York, was charged with soliciting prostitution.
