York County township manager gets statewide award

WEST MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WHTM) — A local York County township manager is getting statewide recognition for his service to the community.

Kelly Kelch, manager for West Manchester Township, was awarded the 2024 President’s Leadership Award by The Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors.

“I’m extremely honored to be selected as the recipient of the 2024 PSATS President’s Leadership Award. PSATS is generally considered as the authority on local government policy and training and to be recognized by their organization is a privilege. It’s only because of support from organizations like them, my elected board, colleagues, family and God that I am able to accomplish achievements like this,” Kelch said.
